Two hands holding menstrual hygiene products — a pad and a menstrual cup. The illustration shows a selection of menstrual products.

As its founders and members, since 2019, in agreement and cooperation with local activists, we hang pink boxes filled with pads and tampons all over Poland.

An anatomical illustration of female genital organs highlighting the clitoris, labia, and the entrance to the vagina.

Every day we fight for unconditional access to free hygiene products during menstruation, we combat exclusion and menstruation taboos.

A figure in shades of red and pink is writing something in an open notebook. The illustration symbolizes learning or keeping a journal.

We advocate for equal access to knowledge about menstruation and demand systemic changes in this area.

Menstrual workshops

Comprehensive and reliable classes about menstruation, periodic hygiene, and its social perception. We talk, experiment, share knowledge and experience. Recommended for children and teenagers from 9 to 16 years old.
